About the Role
Due to continued growth across the region, Babcock is seeking a Data Analyst to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about data, eager to build their analytical capability, and looking to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and supportive environment. As a full-time, permanent position, we offer flexibility on work location across Australia.
In this role, you will help drive business performance by transforming data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. You'll also play an important role in helping the business maximise the value of its data by improving data quality, identifying gaps, and recommending practical solutions. From developing automated workflows and reporting tools within the Microsoft 365 environment to ensuring data is managed securely and in line with governance requirements, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of data and business improvement activities. Working alongside internal teams, customers, and external partners, you'll contribute to projects and change initiatives while building valuable experience across a diverse and growing organisation.
