The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team in Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you'll play a key support role across reporting, system maintenance, and stakeholder engagement — helping to keep our business intelligence function running smoothly and accurately.

What you’ll do

• Manage the Business Analytics Team inbox, acting as a first point of contact
• Log and track cards on the team's Jira board
• Conduct systems checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Systems Accountant
• Ensure all systems are kept up to date through ongoing maintenance
• Update report recipient lists and handling basic reporting queries
• Monitor, triage and resolve ServiceNow calls in a timely manner, or escalate as appropriate
• Document processes and maintain an up-to-date reporting calendar
• Support user training processes
• Maintain the Global BI Portal and liaise with relevant teams on updates
• Provide general team support and administration as required

What you’ll bring

• Degree qualified in Finance or Business is preferred, though not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to identify errors in data and calculations
• A logical, thorough approach to analysing and resolving issues
• An interest in IT, systems analysis or accounting
• An innovative mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation, including Partners
