Your new role
This is a senior individual contributor role within a small, high-impact data team focused on solving the organisation's most important commercial problems. The role owns end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, working closely with senior stakeholders.
You will take ownership of high-priority work, flexing across analytics, reporting, data quality, and ad hoc problem-solvers as business needs shift. Success in this role is measured by commercial impact and quality of delivery, not volume of output. What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years across data analytics, data science, or data engineering
• Strong ability to link analysis to revenue, margin, or conversion outcomes
• Advanced SQL and Python, working with large, complex datasets
• Strong Power BI capability, including executive-trusted dashboards
• Hands-on experience with data quality, governance, and root-cause resolution
• Practical exposure to AI / LLM tools
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders
