Job Summary

The Digital Domain Solutions Sales Lead - Data and AI supports their domain across assigned GeoUnits and contributes to building and executing sales strategies. Leveraging deep technical expertise across Digital, this role identifies opportunities, builds trusted-advisor relationships with customers, and develops a strong understanding of customer technical challenges.

The role shares customer requirements and opportunities across the SLB sales organization, including the relevant Business Line Basin Business Development Manager and Global Business Development Managers, to maximize SLB value. The position also provides input into product and solution development. The Digital Domain Solutions Sales Lead develops strong knowledge of assigned domain technologies and associated solutions to create compelling customer value propositions within their GeoUnit.

Core Responsibilities
These responsibilities align with the metro stops and key processes:

• Identify and capture leads.
• Develop account/location sales plans and targets.
• Gather market activity intelligence.
• Collect competitor intelligence and assess market share.
• Collect market size intelligence.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in market segmentation, conduct technology and solutions gap analysis, and support development of the GeoUnit strategy (reviewed quarterly).
• Deliver annual assigned revenue targets.
• Capture leads and opportunities to apply differentiated technologies and solution packages.
• Promote cross-domain, multi-domain, and multi-division solutions.
• Understand and proactively manage customer challenges.
• Develop and communicate ideas based on customer needs within the GeoUnit and business line.
• Contribute to HQ product and solutions development cycles.
• Advise on technical requirements and bid clarification responses, especially for solutions and bids beyond current workflows.
• Participate in internal and customer knowledge sharing.
• Provide mentoring and professional development support for employees on technical career paths and across functions.
• Maintain industry visibility through professional societies, technology events, and paper submissions.
• Demonstrate integrity in words and actions, ensuring ethics, quality, and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) are visible and a key differentiator.
• Support marketing activities such as presentations, demonstrations, and technology launches.
