Data Entry / Customer Service - Collaborative Environment

Allboard Distributors are a family owned and operated company that supply Cabinet makers, Shopfitters & Building trades with timber panel boards as well as cabinetry hardware. We also provide a cutting, edging and routing service. 

We are looking for a person to be a part of our Production Admin team at our BAYSWATER branch. The position is fulltime, 5 days a week.  We are looking for a team member to help us with our purchasing, invoicing & data entry.  On the job training will be provided.  Attention to detail skills would be greatly advantageous to be successful in this role.

The role:

- Customer Service, (phones & email)

- Purchasing

- Invoicing

- Data entry, Filing & Scanning

- Processing and accepting quotes

- Taking payments over the phone

- Other general administration tasks as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

A professional and friendly phone manner

Some experience Microsoft Excel & Emailing

Attention to detail

A friendly and enthusiastic manner and willingness to learn

Positive attitude to providing great customer service

NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS (BUT ADVANTAGEOUS)

Previous experience working in a customer service based industry is desired.
