Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join a Banking client in a ongoing contract engagement. This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in design, implementation, maintenance and capacity plan of our customer database systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and strategic need and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day DBA tasks on the database on-prem and cloud (AWS) systems

Skills:

• DBA experience
• Security Vulnerabilities Management
• Deploying infrastructure as a code (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation)
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Infrastructure and application issues related root cause analysis and resolution
• Devops Product Upgrades
• Shell Scripting
