Delivery Coordinator

About the role:

We are embarking on a major transformation of our flagship CPA Program and Professional Development Products through the Learning Evolution initiative. This project will reimagine every aspect of the program—from enrolment and content delivery to the overall learning experience and pedagogy.

We are now looking for an additional Delivery Coordinator, who will support the team by providing operational, administrative and technical support to ensure the successful delivery of the new learning courses within the Learning Evolution program. This includes coordinating delivery activities including pilots, supporting assessment including coordination of assessors and moderators, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures delivery quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all phases of the program lifecycle.

This is an 18month fixed term contract until December 2027

Reporting to our Transition Manager your day-to-day duties will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day delivery operations, schedules, and workflows


• Supporting delivery planning, implementation and review processes


• Coordinating assessment ensuring alignment to strategy and policy


• Maintaining documentation, registers and reports


• Working with key stakeholders and contracted suppliers to coordinate and enhance the operational delivery of learning programs.


• Support UAT planning, scheduling and communication


• Ensure assessment and processes within the learning aligned to the organisational assessment strategy and policy

About You:

• Knowledge of learning and assessment practice


• Experience in program coordination or project support roles.


• Experience with UAT or digital platform testing is an advantage.


• Awareness of global accounting profession, IFAC and International Education Standards valuable


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities


• Familiarity of learning assessment methods and evaluations techniques


• Understanding of UAT or system testing processes


• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
