About the Role

You are the driving force on a client project, where  you lead the delivery and the team on the ground and wow the customer by helping them achieve their  business outcomes.

You will deepen relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their evolving needs, ensuring we deliver impactful outcomes, and positioning us for future engagements. You thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial success, ensuring we pursue and deliver the right projects under commercially sound agreements that set us up for success.

You maintain strategic oversight of delivery within your accounts, ensuring projects are on track, clients are engaged, and our teams are empowered to excel. You proactively remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion the long-term success of both our customers and our consultants.

This is a high-impact role for a relationship-driven leader who is passionate about scaling AI solutions in the enterprise landscape.

Role Requirement

• Proven experience leading technology transformation engagements within large enterprises,  working with executive leaders.
• Highly experienced across  AI,  cloud platforms & app modernisation, with the ability to align technology solutions with our customers’ business objectives and outcomes
• Strong pedigree within an industry vertical and the ability and confidence to learn new industries.
• Support the identification, qualification and pursuit of new opportunities within the enterprise that align with business outcomes.
• Experienced in scoping engagements along with owning the scope during an engagement
• Strong commercial acumen
• Solid  understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Support the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build an environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration, championing an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
