Position: Program Manager/Program Lead
Role Overview: As a Program Manager, you will spearhead application development projects aimed at uplifting frontline services within the clinical and medical sectors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple streams and vendors, while maintaining strong governance and strategic alignment with steering committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage application development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of projects across various delivery streams, coordinating activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in and contribute to steering committees, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and strategic implications.
- Drive outcomes-focused initiatives, measuring success against predefined metrics and benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in the clinical or medical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in technical delivery and enterprise-level project management.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles across diverse delivery streams and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in governance practices, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including steering committees and executive leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications.
- Experience in agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements.

- Rate: $1200 to $1400 per day Including Super
- Location: Sydney
