Delivery Lead - Algorithmic Trading Firm

Position: Technical Delivery Lead
We're in search of a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead to collaborate closely with team leaders, engineers, support functions, and trading teams. In this role, you'll be entrusted with the successful delivery of technical products and services to our internal business clients. Your core responsibilities will revolve around ensuring accurate project scoping, defining business benefits, estimating project effort/time, negotiating priorities across the organization, and establishing delivery team priorities. Moreover, you'll play a critical role in identifying and resolving obstacles, advocating for agile methodologies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficacy.
Delivery Oversight
- Formulate and execute delivery plans, outlining project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
- Efficiently manage resources, including task assignment to teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and uphold project momentum.
- Proactively identify and address risks, devising contingency plans when necessary.
- Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to maintain alignment with delivery goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teams to enhance their capabilities and support their tasks.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders, engineers, support functions, trading teams, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and performance metrics for senior management review.
Additional Duties:
- Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
- Uphold and promote the company's core values.
- Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, rules, and company policies.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager or delivery manager.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a proprietary trading firm.
- Background in software development.
