THE ROLE

We are seeking a Delivery Lead, EdTech. This is a mid to senior, hands-on role based in Sydney that will own and elevate the entire post-sales customer journey.

This is a "player-coach" position, combining two core functions: Firstly, delivering our most strategic and complex projects. Secondly, scaling our global project delivery excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong bias for continuous improvement and will leverage AI to transform our delivery capabilities. This role is a critical investment to build upon our sales successes and to ensure our high standards of delivery are maintained as we continue our rapid global expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-On Strategic Delivery: Personally lead and manage the delivery of our largest and most complex global projects, setting the standard for excellence.
• Scale Delivery Excellence: Establish and continuously refine a global delivery framework, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice sharing to elevate how we deliver projects company-wide.
• Data-Driven Delivery Intelligence: Collaborate with the Data team to establish a robust data strategy, ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time to drive decision-making and project success.
• AI-Driven Delivery: Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, predictability, and client outcomes across the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Partner & Customer Success: Work closely with our global partners and customers to ensure a seamless delivery experience, drive adoption, maintain quality, and maximise value for all stakeholders.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ Years of experience delivering complex projects with diverse and senior stakeholders.
• A strong bias for continuous improvement, with a deep interest in leveraging AI to innovate and enhance processes.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
• A purpose-driven mindset and a passion for making an impact.
• A team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
