Job description Location: Sydney.Salary Range: AUD $, - $,.Short Description: As a Test Data Manager, role will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive portfolio level test data strategies and solutions, ensuring seamless implementation across enterprise applications. The role will involve managing test data refresh and masking activities, gathering compliance requirements, and translating them into effective data masking and subsetting approaches. Additionally, oversee ongoing test data services and support for multiple projects, while actively engaging with customers and stakeholders to drive technical discussions and provide regular reportingRoles and Responsibilities:Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives.Develop and execute robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications.Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements, and translate them into actionable data management approaches.Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.Strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions.Expertise in test data masking, subsetting, and cleansing techniques.Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking.Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data.Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous.Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
