Delivery Manager

We are seeking skilled Delivery Managers to lead our multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions to our diverse range of clients. While permanent team members sit at the top of our preferences, contractors are also highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, including iteration planning, stand-up, backlog refinement, retros, and system demos.
• Set goals, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure daily alignment towards project objectives.
• Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues.
• Collaborate with a dispersed, multidisciplinary team.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining open communication with clients and high levels of user satisfaction.
• Facilitate team planning and communicate plans clearly to all stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture through servant leadership, effective collaboration, and admin support.
• Oversee software releases, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements.
• Allocate work within the team and encourage the development of T-shaped skills.
• Maintain regular communication with others within GoSource to ensure efficiency in our internal processes.
