Role Overview

Delivery Manager responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery lifecycle from initiation to production deployment
  


• Develop and execute delivery plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality
  


• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders
  


• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment of deliverables
  


• Conduct stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and solutions
  


• Oversee release planning, estimation, and risk management
  


• Provide technical and strategic guidance across project phases
  


• Ensure proper documentation of decisions, architecture, and delivery outputs
  


• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement
  

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in delivery management
  


• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) and project execution
  


• Experience managing software and infrastructure delivery
  


• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
  


• Knowledge of estimation techniques (Function Point, T-shirt sizing)
  


• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
