**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle booking deliveries, managing stock, and providing outstanding customer support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:** Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- **Delivery Coordination:** Schedule and manage deliveries of medical beds, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- **Stock Control:** Monitor inventory levels, place orders for new stock, and manage the storage and distribution of products.
- **Order Processing:** Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and communicated to the delivery team.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed and organized records of deliveries, stock levels, and customer interactions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving:** Address any logistical or customer service issues that arise, finding effective solutions promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when dealing with senior clients.
