Job Description - Delivery Support Officer (11000372)

About the role  

In this role you will be providing critical customer focused administration and scheduling support for the Zinfra Gas Services Business to both internal and external customers. This includes allocation and dispatching of workflow such as Corrective Maintenance, Emergency Response and Construction activities to Zinfra Service Providers.

This opportunity is available for 6 months on a fixed-term contract due to a secondment.

You will be based at our Greystanes office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week.

The role operates on a rotating roster, 7.6 hour day working between 7 am – 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Dial Before You Dig maps as required
  • Customer enquiries and complaints handling
  • Data entry and maintaining registers
  • Running weekly backlog reports and assisting Field Officers with general clerical / admin support
  • About You  

  • Customer Service experience
  • SAP experience
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Upvise experience (advantageous)
