Key purpose of the role: Design and embed delivery governance within the
ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) ensuring fit-for-purpose controls, transparency and adaptability across all types of delivery (program, projects and continuous delivery) to support enterprise delivery outcomes.
Your Team The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement team (EE) within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
Your responsibilities - Design and evolve governance and control mechanisms that enable all types of delivery (programs, projects and continuous delivery) and support enterprise oversight
- Define how delivery is governed, measured and improved
- Partner with Risk and Compliance, EPMO and the delivery community to balance governance with delivery agility.
- Establish lightweight, embedded controls within delivery workflows.
- Design and develop insight-led governance reporting
- Work with business and delivery teams to co-design practical governance approaches
- Collaborate across all streams of the ADF transformation, contributing beyond immediate responsibilities
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role-modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end-to-end enterprise outcomes.
- Collaborate and work closely with the EPMO team (ASX Delivery Framework business owners to evolve, implement and embed the transformation.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the EE function.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and/or practitioners, supporting capability uplift, performance and effective ways of working.
- Prepare high-quality Executive and governance papers, briefings and updates, tailored to audience and governance needs.
- Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross-divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
Your experience and qualifications Must have - Relevant training or certification in governance, risk, compliance or assurance (or equivalent experience).
- Experience designing or operating compliance, governance or control frameworks, preferably in delivery or change environments.
- Experience working in regulated organisations.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience tracking, reporting and managing compliance outcomes.
Nice to have - Experience with delivery frameworks, portfolio governance or EPMO functions.
- Exposure to ways of working with continuous delivery and persistent teams.
- Exposure to regulatory assurance or audit activities.
