Reporting to the Operations Director, the Demand & Supply Planning Manager leads the end-to-end planning agenda for Oceania, translating demand signals, retailer commitments, launch plans and supply constraints into an integrated operational plan that supports service, revenue and working capital objectives across a multi-brand fragrance and beauty portfolio.
The role owns the local S&OP process, demand consensus, supply risk management, inventory governance and planning team capability, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service and Global Planning.
