What you will bring to the role:

• A qualified Demi Chef with prior experience in luxury hotel kitchens,
• A solid understanding of fine dining and banqueting operations 
• Demonstrated experience producing banquet style dishes
• Able to prepare & present dishes to the highest standard of quality and consistency
• Able to work cooperatively in a team, reporting to the Executive Chef
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask with grace
• Emotional Intelligence and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
