We’re on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic casual chef to join our kitchen team at Giuseppe’s Cantina, a modern Italian restaurant located in Mount Isa.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate cook who can hit the ground running, work cleanly and efficiently, and jump in wherever needed during busy services. Whether you’ve got years of experience or you’re a strong Commis looking to step up — we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

• Confidence on the pans and grill
• Good knife skills and plating standards
• Ability to work as part of a team under pressure
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are a must
