We’re now looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our talented kitchen team at Mid Air, crafting dishes that excite, inspire, and keep our guests coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to Hyde’s standards
• Assisting senior chefs with menu creation, prep, and service execution
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate
• Bringing your own creative flair while staying true to our brand style
• Supporting junior team members and fostering a positive team culture

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Strong teamwork skills and a can-do attitude
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
