Demi Chef (F/M/X)

You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.

• Organise and manage your kitchen section to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.

• Be familiar and flexible with the other kitchen sections including breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Prepare and present menu items and mis en place with consistency, creativity, and attention to cost and standards.

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while supporting team communication and collaboration.

• Order necessary foods as required with Head and Sous Chefs

• Trade qualification with proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.

• Strong kitchen management and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change

• Passion for hospitality, with flexibility, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
