Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Assistant to join our welcoming Ballina centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Assistant all-rounder looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, patient-focused team. You’ll work across chairside assisting, sterilisation and general clinical support, helping deliver a smooth and positive patient experience every day.

Located in a beautiful coastal community, our Ballina centre offers a modern environment, supportive leadership and a great team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments

• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

• Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day

• Assisting reception and general clinic operations when required

• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

About You

You’re reliable, adaptable and enjoy working in a busy team environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder

• Confidence across chairside and sterilisation duties

• Strong understanding of infection control protocols

• A caring, patient-focused approach

• Flexibility to work the required days, including Sundays
