Responsibilities:

• Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
• Providing a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
• Experience in dental procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of dental software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
