About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our Morley centre in a permanent part-time position.

This is a true dual role, ideal for an all-rounder who enjoys both front-of-house patient interaction and clinical support.

Essential availability:

• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

• Standard shift hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient journey, from first contact through to clinical care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing front desk operations, bookings and patient enquiries

• Coordinating appointments and supporting daily schedules

• Chairside assisting across a range of procedures

• Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards

• Supporting overall patient flow and experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant experience with exposure to reception duties

• Confident front-of-house and patient coordination skills

• Strong organisation and multitasking ability

• Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation standards

• Reliable and team-focused approach

• Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check
