We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy and professional team at nib Dental Care Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, high-performing centre in the heart of the city, supporting clinicians across general and complex dental treatments including implants, GA and surgical procedures.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where professionalism, teamwork and patient care are at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

• Permanent full-time position

• Monday to Friday roster with standard hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)

• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required

• Busy CBD centre with strong patient demand

• Exposure to a wide variety of general and complex treatments

• Additional casual roles available if you're looking for flexible work

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures

• Supporting implant, GA and surgical treatments

• Preparing rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

• Supporting smooth patient flow and clinical operations

• Delivering a warm, professional patient experience

• Working closely with a highly skilled clinical team

About You

You’re a confident, experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

You’ll bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder

• Experience assisting with implants, GA or complex surgical procedures (highly regarded)

• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocols

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
