We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Pacific Smiles centre in Indooroopilly — and we’re looking for Dental Assistant / Reception all-rounders to join the team!

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning — helping to build a new team, shape the culture, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one.

You’ll commence prior to opening and complete structured training in a nearby centre, ensuring you feel confident and ready when the doors open in late June.

Your Opportunity

This is a true all-rounder role, combining both chairside dental assisting and reception duties. You’ll play a key role in supporting clinicians and delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for patients.

We’re offering full-time, part-time and casual opportunities, giving you flexibility while still being part of a stable and growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments

• Supporting sterilisation and infection control processes

• Managing reception duties including bookings, payments and enquiries

• Delivering a warm, professional patient experience

• Supporting smooth daily operations as the centre grows

About You

You’re a confident, friendly and adaptable Dental Assistant who enjoys variety in your role. You’ll bring:

• Dental Assistant experience (essential)

• Confidence across chairside, sterilisation and reception

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A team-focused, proactive attitude

• Reliability, flexibility and a desire to be part of something new
