About the Role

We are seeking a confident and capable Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant experience to join our Joondalup centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, 7–8 chair clinic with a high-performing team and strong patient demand. You’ll play a key role across both reception coordination and clinical support, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing front desk operations, bookings and patient enquiries

• Coordinating a busy schedule across multiple clinicians

• Delivering a warm, professional and efficient patient experience

• Supporting chairside assisting as required

• Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards

• Assisting with overall clinic flow in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental reception, with exposure to chairside assisting

• Confidence working in a busy, multi-chair clinic environment

• Strong organisation and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and patient service approach

• Reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude

• Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check
