Looking for a healthcare reception role that offers genuine flexibility? Join our friendly teams at Victoria Point OR Capalaba as a Dental Receptionist and enjoy the opportunity to work 3–4 days per week across a 7-day roster, with flexibility to align shifts to your availability.

Dental experience isn't essential. If you have experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, customer service, or a similar role, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in dental.

About the Opportunity

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our centres.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments

• Handling patient enquiries and phone calls

• Processing payments and health fund claims

• Supporting administrative functions across the centre

• Learning dental systems and sterilisation (Steri) processes as required

• Working collaboratively with clinicians and support teams

• Previous reception, administration, medical or allied health experience

• Flexible and reliable with availability across the week

• Willingness to learn Steri processes and broaden your skillset
