At HBF Dental, we’re passionate about delivering a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient. We’re currently seeking a friendly and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our Cockburn centre on a casual ongoing basis.

About the Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk while helping create a positive experience for patients from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house enquiries

• Booking appointments and managing the daily schedule

• Handling phone calls, payments and general administration

• Supporting the clinical team with patient flow and coordination

• Delivering a friendly, professional patient experience

About You

You’re organised, approachable and confident juggling multiple tasks.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in reception or medical/dental administration

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence using booking systems and basic administration tools

• Reliability, flexibility and a team-first attitude
