About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our Karrinyup centre in a full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, patient-focused clinic where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.

• rostered shifts between Tuesday to Saturday

• Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm

This role is primarily reception-focused and suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries

• Coordinating appointments and clinician schedules

• Handling phone calls, payments and administrative tasks

• Supporting smooth daily clinic operations

• Assisting the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous reception or customer service experience

• Basic dental knowledge preferred

• Strong computer and administration skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, reliable and team-focused approach

• Ability to multitask within a busy clinic environment

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check
