1300SMILES Townsville City is located in the beautiful, sunny Far North of Queensland, nestled amongst the gorgeous Great Barrier Reef. The practice is situated in the heart of the Townsville CBD, just minutes away from the beaches. Townsville offers an exceptional work-life balance with paradise on its doorstep. The stunning Magnetic Island is a short 20-minute ferry ride away, and you can escape to the Whitsundays or take a road trip to Cairns.

About the Practice

We operate Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm. The practice features four modern dental chairs and uses Dental 4 Windows software. Paid parking is available nearby. We offer a variety of services, including general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as Invisalign and implants. Our diverse patient base includes families, seniors, children, and travelers, thanks to our location near the ferry terminal and airport.

Our supportive and collaborative team includes efficient dental assistants, an experienced clinical coordinator, reliable reception staff, and two general dentists with over 25 years of combined experience, all focused on delivering top-notch patient care.

We are equipped with standard x-ray imaging, ultrasonic sterilisation, autoclaves, and surgical handpieces. While we don’t currently offer anesthesia or sedation, we are open to incorporating Nitrous Oxide in the future.

As a valued team member, you’ll provide high-quality dental care, perform routine procedures like cleanings, extractions, and fillings, and educate patients on oral hygiene. You'll work closely with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a skilled dentist with excellent communication abilities, both with patients and team members. You should be passionate about expanding your skill set and increasing your scope of practice. To be considered, you must have unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or the ability to obtain both) and be eligible to work in Australia.
