The Position

In the role of Department Head, your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the management of 2,000+ managements
• Manage a team up up to 20 in the property management division
• Develop strong relationships with clientele
• Conduct team meetings and report regularly to the Directors
• Manage escalated complaints and disputes
• Devise and implement systems and procedures to streamline departmental processes
• Manage, train and motivate staff to drive results and exceed set KPI's
• Ensure best practice and compliance

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Department Head will have:

• Experience managing medium to large sized teams and rent rolls
• Current Real Estate Licence and a thorough knowledge of legislation
• A calm and confident leader who can manage and motivate a team
• First class communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience implementing KPI's and managing staff performance
• A love of systems, structure and processes
• Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
