Department Manager - Urgent Position

The Role

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow management team across various aspects of the business.
• Meet regular targets both financials and KPI's for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction ensure a positive customer experience and train staff to excel here.
• Lead by example and effectively communicate management expectations.
• Manage high volumes of stock efficiently.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in big-box retail.
• Proficiency in high-volume retail sales and stock management.
• Proven Management experience, including leadership of larger teams
• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
