The Opportunity
The Deputy Business Manager role has at its core management of the College finances; therefore the Deputy Business Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information in the general ledger and ensuring that month end procedures are completed within required timeframes. The role also provides support to the Business Manager in all Capital Projects and integration with the Essential Services Business Departments, ie. IT, Property, CED, HR and College Trading Operations ie. Grace Swimming, Grace Academy, Bus Transport and Tuckshops). The forementioned responsibilities are by delegation from the Business Manager.
Accountabilities
Position: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months (with possibility of extension).
Commencement Date: as soon as possible
