Job Description - Deputy Team Leader & Senior Customer Service

Deputy Team Leader & Senior Customer Service Your new company
In this role you'll be working for a worldwide service company based within Melbourne Airport.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for providing support day to day, across different functionalities of the airport - Due to this role being based at the airport, there is no work from home.
This role will have set hours - This can't be altered.
Monday - 12:30pm-8:30pmTuesday - 12:00pm-8:30pmWednesday - 10:00am-6:00pmThursday - 07:00am-2:00pmFriday- 06:00am - 2:00pm
  • Providing support via phone and email
  • Assist with rostering
  • Identifying & troubleshooting problems
  • Support and resolve any airport issues
  • Creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to triage queries and complaints
  • Inputting correct data within the system
  • Following up on all issues when required
What you'll need to succeed
  • 2 years of recent contact centre experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Senior CS Level
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 365 days per year
  • Ability to pass a police check and ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
  • Tech-savvy - Can use multiple systems, including Microsoft products
  • Ability to build good relationships
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Having full working rights without restrictions
