We're looking for a Design Lead to join our team in Sydney! It's a varied role where you'll responsible for the creation of loveable, accessible, and scalable experiences that align with Sharesies' purpose and vision.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Design Lead role we are specifically looking for someone who: 

• has a collaborative, creative and curious approach to solving complex design problems


• is a team player who enjoys finding solutions with others and thrives in an 'in it together' culture


• can 'own' design throughout the product development lifecycle


• is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
