We have a rare opportunity available for a Design Manager to join our Gold Coast team. We’re seeking a visionary Design Manager to lead innovative design solutions, drive collaboration across teams, and bring architectural excellence to life from concept to completion. About the role

·        Ensure design documentation is compliant and practical to deliver.

·        You will need to work Autonomously at times and also closely with internal & external stakeholders for quality outcomes.

·        Managing the entire Design process from Tender to Practical Completion

·        Driving the Value Management process to provide the best possible outcomes for both our clients and Alders.

·        Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, architects, and various other  consultants and authorities.

·        Responsible for planning, creating and controlling the delivery of project design - manage the approval process and cost plans in accordance with the program and project requirements.

You will be a methodical individual with a creative streak who is adept at investigating project opportunities and efficiencies.

• Tertiary Qualification relevant to the role
• A minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in a similar head contractor design management role
• Greenstar and NABERS project delivery and accreditation will be favourable
• An accomplished communicator and negotiator
