The Role:
Join an incredible team and at an exciting time of growth for us! Lead and manage on-time and quality execution of each season, focusing on sample management from concept to approved shipment sample for Showpo. Manage all relationships with our amazing suppliers across cost price negotiations, sourcing and product development. You will also maintain the critical path along with key stake holders to deliver monthly ranges and manage our team of dedicated garment technicians.

Day to day, you will:
- Control the design workflow from post design sign off to shipment sample
- Ensure newness, commerciality & workable construction of fabrications.
- Ensure an overall cohesive and balanced RRP collection is presented at the buy
- Ensure the improvement of fit metrics of all designers
- Provide quality control over design outputs and production
- New Fabric Sign Off and Core Fabric Sign Off
- Lead workflow for GT’s ensuring measuring timelines - ensure GTs are optimizing the amount of comments processed
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage supplier monthly meetings
- Attend a Monthly Buying/Ops Process Meeting
- Create annually, maintain and drive the critical path
- Track factory allocation for each style/collection to ensure we have a balance with all suppliers

- Fashion experience with an own design/private label element
- A keen eye for quality
- Internal and external relationship builder with an understanding of the design execution process
- Dynamic leader focused on team cohesion and people development
