Designer

Beans Marketing is on the look-out for an interested and energetic Graphic Designer for a minimum of 16 hours per week. The role would suit someone who has professional experience, an existing freelance career or commitments outside of work. The position will start as a part-time role, with the opportunity to go full-time for the right candidate as our agency is growing bigger and bigger every day.

Maybe you are already managing other freelance clients and have a vision to build your career in a growing Illawarra-based agency - whatever your strength is we’d love to help you expand your creative interests into new territories, one action-packed day at a time. 

We are looking for someone with experience, a creative mindset, great initiative, interesting and bold ideas, a great sense of aesthetic, and the toolkit to execute things on time to a high quality.

A well-organised, creative thinker who likes to learn and always improves is what we want.
 

• Adobe Creative Suite - Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and the vast array of design products and tools. We would like to see your work, show us your best pieces by sending your Portfolio
• Web Design - You know a good one when you see it, and you know how to put them together. Wordpress / Elementor, Shopify, Squarespace.. maybe something we've never heard of (we want to learn from you too)
• Print - While we are always looking to the future, we still use some of the ol’ faithful marketing tricks like print and signage. It would be awesome if you have knowledge of stocks, treatments, colour matching and how to prepare artwork for printed perfection. 
• Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / Salesforce - not afraid of the limitations a drag and drop builder can present? Get in our inbox!
• Admin. Know the difference between the G-Suite and the G-Spot? Good, because we’d prefer not to explain either of them to you. You can appreciate the satisfaction of a well-organised server and take the time to put things in their place. 
• Culture. It’s all about attitude. All we ask is that you see the opportunity. Mistakes are all part of the journey.
