About the Role

Working as part of our close-knit design and drafting team, and reporting to the Design Manager and Drafting Manager, you will be producing sketch designs and working drawings for single storey, two storey and unit developments to brief, while ensuring designs are compliant with relevant regulations, codes and specifications.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong work ethic
• Passion for design and innovation
• Solid construction knowledge, particularly of traditional single and two storey double brick and concrete homes
• Advanced and proficient user of Archicad 
• Strong knowledge of RCodes, RMDs, BCA and Australian Standards
• Sound communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well both autonomously and part of a team
• Previous relevant experience within the Perth residential construction industry
