Desktop / Infrastructure Engineer - Urgent Hire

3 month contract based in Cremorne providing Desktop & Infrastructure Support across AD, O365, IdAM, Networking & Imaging.

3 month contract based in Cremorne providing Desktop & Infrastructure Support across AD, O365, IdAM, Networking & Imaging paying circa $50 /hr

Skills Required

• 5+ years industry experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows and MAC OS
• Experience in supporting Active Directory, IdAM, Office 365
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Resolving incidents escalated from Service Desk
• Building, deploying and supporting desktop computing resources across the company.
• Supporting users across a broad range of technologies including mobile telephony, video conferencing and collaboration, POS experience also beneficial.
• Windows 10 / 11 SOE management
• SCCM
