Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Support the despatch supervisor to ensure all orders are despatched on time and in full
• Check orders and ensure they are picked correctly
• Maintain the transport pick and despatch system
• Attending to gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies
• Liaising with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick-ups
• You may be required to assist with loading/unloading of trucks

We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
• Ability to navigate computers and systems
• Good organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
• A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
