As a Development/Technical Lead, you will guide a dynamic and forward-thinking team of developers in delivering customer-centric, cutting-edge solutions that redefine workplace efficiency and collaboration.
This dynamic role involves applying your technology and business expertise to provide technical leadership and innovation across a variety of products and custom solutions for our customers.
Our solutions typically feature digital transformation initiatives, including web applications, business solutions, intranets, communication and collaboration platforms, automations, and data driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
As our Development/Technical Lead you will be focused on:
- Technical leadership across all facets of the solution and/or product delivery lifecycle from technical design, front-end frameworks, custom development, deployment and client implementations.
- Planning with our Project Manager(s) to manage timelines, resourcing and to identify and manage risks
- Lead and manage the estimation, planning and execution of technical delivery tasks with the development team
- Leading and mentoring the development team to ensure they are supported, continually growing and innovating
- Quality assurance and ongoing product support
- Driving a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation across the technical team
- Developing and maintaining key technical artefacts and templates
- Maintaining the overall architecture and technical approach for the product

What You’ll Bring
Our ideal candidate will possess;
- At least 5 years solid experience using cloud technologies, in particular Azure and/or AWS
- At least 5 years working with front-end and web technologies such as NodeJS, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Tertiary qualified and/or relevant industry certifications
- Demonstrated experience of leading and mentoring small teams, projects and/or engagements (end-to-end)
- Demonstrated experience with designing, developing and maintaining complex systems
- Solid exposure with working in an agile development environment, and working knowledge of the agile mindset
- Functional experience in solution architecture, application architecture and software development
- Excellent experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business and technical personnel
- Familiarity with user experience design principles
Highly desirable attributes will include:
- At least 5 years solid experience with the SharePoint framework (SPFx)
- Demonstrated experience of development with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and/or Power Platform
- Exposure to a Product development environment
- Exposure to mobile application development
This position is a full-time role, requiring the successful candidate to be based in our West Perth office.
