Development Manager Built Form

The Company:
This highly respected private developer boasts a history of delivering premium projects across multiple market sectors including residential communities, apartments, retail, commercial and medium-density housing. With a prominent name across the east coast, they have a strong exisiting pipeline of high-end built form projects in SEQ.

The Role:
This role will work closely with the Development Director to manage a number of high-end waterfront apartment projects. You will be hands-on in the delivery of existing projects, whilst assisting in the planning and design of a recently acquired site and future acquisitions. This role will suit a Development Manager with experience in the full life-cycle of residential apartment projects and particular strength in overseeing the delivery.

Experience Required:

• Minimum five years of experience in residential and/or mixed use developments.
• Tertiary qualification in urban design, planning, engineering, property development, property economics, construction, or client-side project management or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, initiative, high level of organisation skills.
• Experience in management of end to end life cycle of projects, from inception to delivery.
• Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
