Development Manager Masterplanned Communities - Hiring Urgently

The Company:
This ASX listed development company has a strong history of developing award winning projects across industry sectors. With a strong focus and pipeline in SEQ, they are looking for a Development Manager to join the team on a key residential masterplanned community.

The Role:
Reporting to the Project Director you will join an established and successful development team, delivering one of SEQ's most iconic masterplanned communities. This project is a premium offering in the market and is looking to hit a number of key milestones in the coming few years. Your role will include:

• Managing the masterplanning, design, approvals and delivery of project outcomes.
• Monitoring progress throughout the project life cycle including regular financial modelling, due diligence, risk assessments, market analysis and commercial negotiations.
• Providing professional and accurate project updates, forecasts and cashflows.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships including clients, authorities, designers, contractors and consultants to ensure the successful completion of each project stage.
• Providing leadership and direction for the Assistant Development Manager.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualification in Property, Engineering, Project Management, Finance or related discipline.
• A demonstrated knowledge of the planning process and experience taking projects through planning and delivery.
• Financial analysis and budgeting skills with demonstrated ability managing complex development feasibilities
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including report writing capability.
• Strong commercial acumen and strong work ethic.
