Development Manager (town planner transition!) - Urgent Position

The company:

A dymanic, fast paced developer of mixed use commercial assets, they have a solid reputation in the market and also have a sound level of rigour around them.  They pride themsleves on their collaborative, diverse team to ensure they are commited to getting the best outcomes.

They are currently in a phase of growth and with a solid pipeline and balance sheet they are looking to boulster their team. 

The role:

A unique opportunity for a town planner to join the develpoment team, working with inhouse acquisitions, design and construction.  You will utlise your skills in planning, supporting the front end phase of the development life cycle but in turn will be trained across the full life cycle.  

The candidate:

• Property or planning related degree
• 3-7 years experience, with solid exposure to town planning
• You may currently be working for a consultancy and be eager to work across the full life cycle with a developer
• Equally you may be in a development or ADM role with a planning background and be looking for a secure pipeline in an established group. 
• Have a positive proactive can do attitude, who is excited to work in a fast paced environment 
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organised being across multiple projects at varying stages
