About Role They are looking to employ an experienced Development Manager to become part of this expanding family-owned business. You will be capable at running projects throughout the full lifecycle from acquisition to completion and have proven experience with the management of built form projects.
To be successful you will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication.
If you hold a property related degree or equivalent and have worked as a DM for over 4+ years, then we are keen to hear from you.
