About the Client: Our client is a key player in critical infrastructure, dedicated to driving digital innovation and maintaining robust security across their digital platforms. They are looking for a DevSecOps Lead to support their internal teams and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery and security compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Translate business requirements into digital capabilities, focusing on current digital trends and best practices.
• Define, deliver, and maintain sustainable CRM and IVR solutions across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all third-party applications delivered on the digital platforms and technology.
• Mentor capability leads, business analysts, and application support team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, focusing on reducing corporate risk by automating processes that handle sensitive data.
• Develop supplier cybersecurity KPIs, provide performance reports, and manage the resolution of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and support security testing and validation tooling, and help define the security testing strategy.

• 3-6 years in a similar role within an agile development team environment.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making processes with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage a service entity that adapts to a changing environment.
• Experience implementing business process changes and project methodology.
• Capability to influence and support people through technical knowledge and rational arguments.
• Effective planning and prioritization skills.
• Intermediate-level computer skills relevant to the role.
• Experience in the energy retail industry is preferred.
