An experienced HR Business Partner seeking a Drive-In Drive-Out opportunity - look no further.We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support site-based operations in a drive-in, drive-out capacity. This role partners closely with leaders and frontline teams to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions aligned to a blue-collar workforce. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with site leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support aligned to operational priorities
Provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters including performance, conduct, grievances, and investigations
Manage and advise on Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009, National Employment Standards (NES), and relevant Australian employment legislation
Support leaders with disciplinary processes, ensuring procedural fairness and risk mitigation
Coach and develop leaders in people management, performance conversations, and conflict resolution
Lead and support case management across complex workplace issues
Contribute to workforce planning, mobilisation, and organisational change initiatives
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned to site conditions
Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and safety standards Support audits and compliance activities across HR and workforce practices
Build strong, credible relationships with employees and stakeholders in a remote, site-based environment
Seeking Key Capabilities:
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act and NES (essential)
Proven experience in blue-collar, industrial or site-based environments Ability to navigate the complexities of remote workforces, shift patterns, and operational pressures
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and autonomy
